The ReinnolC team goes rafting again!

July rafting is becoming a good ReinnolC tradition. This year we set sail near the village of Belyanka on the border of three regions: Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Bashkiria and slowly covered about 20 kilometers in 2 days’ time. We had a lot of fun and created our own algorithm for a good corporate vacation.

Our managers shared a secret on how to carry out a rafting trip for both the experienced tourists and beginners on one team: the extreme tourist, head of the R&D department Alexander Nevolin and HR director Veronika Yudina:

1. You should balance the team’s requests and the permissible load in order to select the time and section of the river with nice banks and good parking;
2. Go on trip on Friday and you won't meet a crowd of other tourists on the water and avoid traffic jams on the highway;
3. Diversify your leisure time: hold a volleyball tournament and quiz, play the guitar and sing songs around the fire, organize a sauna and fishing;
4. Select rafting operators who are on the same wavelength with you and cook delicious food;
5. Split the tourists into several teams and give them a task: this year we came up with team names, mottos and costumes for rafting;
6. Give recommendations on equipment for any weather, familiarize everyone with the safety requirements;
7. And film your adventures, so that you can remember these wonderful days for a long time.
