We trace the results and set ambitious plans — summary of the annual meeting

At the wrap-up session the company’s performance was assessed based on the dynamics of the last 5 years: there were twice as many employees, and they increased revenue by 8 times!

Pavel Blokhin, CEO:

“The dynamics are quite impressive. We are moving well, and now the company has to solve problems that are no longer startup-specific, but faced by a full-fledged business, and we are committed to this work.

The turnover in the heat exchange equipment market is now estimated at 100 billion rubles/year. In 5-7 years we can increase our share from 0.5 to 5-10%, thanks to our unique and proven product.

In the water management equipment market there are currently no water consumption technologies that offer solutions for zero liquid discharge. Therefore, given the successful collaboration with partners, we can count on a 5-10% share here in the next 7 years”.

Oleg Ladik, Financial Director:

“The company is growing and improving business performance indicators: revenue has doubled, actual margins have increased by 5 percentage points. In 2024, we plan to reduce the cost of borrowed resources by means of cooperation on preferential lending programs, increasing the efficiency of cash management, we will expand cooperation with credit institutions, we will continue to work on establishing and improving the efficiency of internal processes, including automation of financial function processes in order to provide users with timely and quality financial information."

Igor Blokhin, Director of procurement and logistics:

“We have optimized the cost of materials for equipment of our own production by 20%. We have reduced the delivery time for goods from partner countries by half. Reduced the percentage of defective incoming products. We have strengthened the cooperation ties with manufacturing plants. We have worked out an interim budget for our future workshop - 4000, as well as a detailed analysis of the equipment necessary for the production site. This year we plan to increase the list of manufacturing partners and optimize costs.”

Ruslan Pryadilin, Director of the project office:

“We have introduced a cross-functional project implementation matrix and developed an enlarged production load plan. We have increased competencies for the implementation of new projects, in particular for enterprises in the nuclear industry: the company now has a chief project engineer for the nuclear industry with extensive experience and expertise. In 2023 we have implemented the first project with full quality control by a specialized organization in the nuclear industry. The company has also increased its competencies in EPC contracts.”

Anna Malikova, Director of marketing and communications:

“We continue to systematically implement our corporate communication strategy in order to become as open and understandable as possible for our partners, customers, potential employees and support institutions. Over the past year, our team took part in almost 30 expert events and the largest industry forums in the country.”

Nikolay Romanovsky, Quality Director:

“We have brought the company’s work into compliance with environmental legislation. We have successfully passed 7 audits of the quality management system. We have certified our own non-destructive testing laboratory and have received the licenses for the design and manufacture of equipment of safety classes 2 and 3. Workplaces have been organized according to the 5S principle.

There are plans to organize our own committees for training in electrical safety and labor protection. The work on risk management has been launched and optimization of business processes has started. This year we will participate in the national project “Labor Productivity”, we will also take part in the project for the development of the production system together with Rosatom.”

Veronika Yudina, HR Director:

“The company has grown by 33% compared to last year, and staff turnover has been reduced by 35%. To attract and retain personnel, we introduced a system of qualification categories in production in order to differentiate the wages in accordance with the professional level of specialists, and additional payments to industrial workers for the remoteness of production sites. We launched a Welcome training and adaptation program for newcomers. We updated personnel document flow accounting with changes in legislation.

In 2024, we have already launched an annual comprehensive assessment of employees, currently we are working on introducing a new motivation system, and we are also planning to launch a corporate training system via an automated platform.”
